I strongly believe that software teams should be responsible for building and running their own software. The most important focus for any software team should be to get their product in front of users, to verify that what they deliver is actually valuable.

Tools that help me, to name a few, are continuous delivery, liberating structures, pair/mob programming, and domain driven design.
